Marcus Goh

Marcus has spent over two decades building businesses, leading teams, managing commercial operations and developing business education programmes.
After attending numerous business courses and entrepreneurship programmes, he realised that while many taught concepts and frameworks, very few provided opportunities to experience the realities of managing a business and making business decisions.
This inspired the creation of O₂CEO™, a business simulation-based learning experience designed to bridge the gap between business theory and real-world decision-making.
Marcus holds a Master's Degree in Management and is a Certified Trainer & Assessor. Drawing on his experience of building and operating businesses across multiple industries, he developed the O₂CEO™ Business Simulation Framework to help participants gain practical business insight, commercial awareness and executive thinking through experiential learning.
